Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Arrow Zap: Puzzle ("the App", "we", "us") collects, how it is used, and what choices you have. We built the App to work fully offline as a guest, and we only collect the data described below when you choose to sign in or when ads are shown.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

If you choose to sign in, we use Firebase Authentication to create your account. Depending on the method you choose, this may include:

• Your email address and a display name (email/password sign-in)
• Your Google account name, email address, and profile photo (Google Sign-In)

We do not receive or store your password — that is handled directly by Firebase Authentication / Google.

Gameplay Data

When you are signed in, your progress is synced to Cloud Firestore so it isn't lost if you change devices. This includes:

• Level progress, stars earned, and completion counts
• Coins, purchased arrow themes, and streaks
• Daily Challenge results and leaderboard entries (display name, stars, streak)
• Referral code data, if you share or redeem a referral code

If you play as a guest (without signing in), none of this data leaves your device — it is stored only locally, and we do not collect it.

Advertising Data

We use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to show banner and rewarded video ads. Google and its partners may collect device identifiers (such as your advertising ID), IP address, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads, and to personalize them where permitted by your device settings. This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us directly. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Install & Diagnostic Data

• We use the Play Install Referrer API to detect a referral code at install time, if one was shared with you.
• We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver optional push notifications, which requires a device notification token.
• Local, on-device reminders (e.g. "come back and play") are scheduled with Android's WorkManager and never leave your device.

2. How We Use Information

• To save and restore your game progress across devices
• To operate leaderboards, streaks, and Daily Challenge results
• To process referral rewards
• To show ads and, where you opt in, reward you with in-game coins for watching them
• To send optional push notifications and local reminders
• To maintain and improve the App's stability and features

We do not sell your personal information, and the App has no real-money purchases — all in-game currency ("coins") is earned or spent within the App only.

3. Data Sharing

We only share data with these service providers as needed to operate the App. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

Signed-in account data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure via Firebase, protected by Firestore security rules that restrict each account to its own data. Guest data stays entirely on your device. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

5. Your Choices

• Play as a guest — skip sign-in entirely and no account data is collected.
• Sign out at any time from Settings.
• Reset progress from within the App.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see below).
• Ad personalization can be limited via your device's Settings → Privacy → Ads (Android) or Google Ad Settings.
• Notifications can be disabled at any time from your device's app notification settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Arrow Zap: Puzzle is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active, or until you request deletion. Guest data lives only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
